We all know the story. Brett Farve was a great quarterback for the Green Bay Packers for sixteen great seasons. He lead them to a Super Bowl and even in his final season in Green Bay he lead them to a play-off birth and a last second lost against the eventual Super Bowl Champions. He still had talent but because of his indecisiveness and because of a General Manager wanted to go in a new direction, he was traded. Actually he was gifted to the New York Jets in the beginning of August, 2008. There he started out great but because of a shoulder injury he ended the season in a very forgettable way leaving many to wounder if that was the end to his legendary career.
The Jets drafted Mark Sanchez, and release what they thought was a washed up Favre. As a Free Agent Bret did the one thing no Packer fan could believe. He joined their division rival the Minnesota Vikings. Wearing that purple he lead the Vikings to a season sweep of his former Packers. But what if Brett Favre never left the Green Bay Packers. This blog will discuss that possibility and what could have been.
